Sellers
Basic Rules
- You need to be a Registered Deucerr.com user to sell and buy services. Registration is free.
- No Commissions we only charge a nominal transaction fee to cover the PayPal transaction costs.
- Service prices are fixed at $2, $4, $6, $8, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45, $50, $55, $60, $65, $70, $75, $80, $85, $90, $95 and $100.

- Sellers and buyers identity is anonymous. Do not request or provide emails to users on the site
- Sellers may not accept payments from Deucerr.com buyers outside of Deucerr.com (directly through PayPal or any other service)
- Posting of adult, illegal, copyright protected, violent, nonsense or other improper material on the site is strictly prohibited.
- Content on the site is moderated. Users posting, messaging or suggesting any of the above prohibited subjects, will get their account blocked permanently.
- We reserve the right to change and/or update the Terms of Service at anytime and without prior written notice. It will retroactively take affect and will supersede all prior Terms of Service agreements on this site. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
- Note: Offering an illegal service may result in the seller and buyer being liable for any legal problems that happen because of the transaction.
Payment Process
- When buyers order one of your services, they will be required to pay for the service in advance.
- When you deliver the order, Deucerr.com will add your net share to your balance.
- You can withdraw funds from your balance to your PayPal account (see more details below).
Handling Orders
- When a buyer orders one of your services, you will be notified and asked to Accept or Reject the order. Rejecting an order should only be used when you will not be able to perform your offering on time. If you are away and cannot handle orders, it is good idea to suspend your services from your "My Store" control panel.
- You have 168 hours to decide if you accept the order, after that time the order will be automatically cancelled by Deucerr.com.
- Responding to orders quickly will increase your positive feedback.
Delivering Your Work, Passing Material and Submitting Completed Work
- During your work, you are required to use only Deucerr.com’s internal mail system to pass material from and to your buyer. Using the Deucerr.com mail system protects the seller's and buyer's privacy. Never ask a buyer to switch to third party email.
- You are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. Deucerr.com will not be held responsible for any damages caused by infected files.
- You can access all communications and files transferred related to an order from the Order Details page.
- Make sure you describe your services final delivery in detail. Indicate amounts, durations, file formats etc.
Seller's Positive Feedback.
- Your positive feedback is based on buyers feedback and your responsiveness to new service orders (Accept/Reject).
- Work quality and buyer feedback have a dramatic effect on your Positive Feedback Score.
Withdrawing Funds
- To withdraw funds from Deucerr.com, you need to have a valid PayPal account.
- Funds are cleared for withdrawal within 72 hours after the buyer approves your services.
- There is no waiting period, you can request the funds for withdrawal as soon as the funds are cleared.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours after request.
- In case of any dispute by buyer, your funds will be placed on hold until we resolve the dispute.
- Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. Please make sure to use your valid and current PayPal email address. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has started and moved to PayPal's hands.
Buyers
Ordering Services
- Purchase of services from Deucerr.com can be done using your PayPal or credit card (credit card purchases are handled by PayPal as well).
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be sent to the seller.
- You can cancel your order at any time until the seller accepts your order. Once the seller accepts your order you will not be able to cancel it.
- Sellers have the option to reject an order if they can't handle it on time. If for any reason your order gets rejected, your $2, $4, $6, $8, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45, $50, $55, $60, $65, $70, $75, $80, $85, $90, $95 or $100 will be placed in your Deucerr.com balance and will be available to you for purchasing other services on Deucerr.com.
- Any funds you may have in your balance will automatically be used on your next purchase (no need to go through the payment process again).
- Sellers and buyers identity is anonymous. Do not request or provide emails to users on the site
- Buyers must not offer sellers with payments or transactions conducted outside of Deucerr.com. (Buyers may not offer sellers to use PayPal etc.)
- Note: Ordering an illegal service may result in the seller and buyer being liable for any legal problems that happen because of the transaction.
General Terms
- Spammers will be permanently blocked and banned!
- In case of dispute with a seller you should use Deucerr.com 's internal dispute resolution (see below). Never use PayPal to reverse or refund the payment to Deucerr.com. Doing so will put your Deucerr.com account on hold.
- Deucerr.com reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently cancel accounts due to misbehavior. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on Deucerr.com.
- Deucerr.com has the right to display various advertisements throughout the site's pages and/or mailing system. Advertisements may include links to third party companies and products. Deucerr.com will under no circumstance, be held responsible for the quality of the advertised products or for any harm, financial or otherwise, that may be caused to the end user by using said products.
- Offering and/or ordering illegal services on Deucerr.com may result in the seller and buyer being liable for any legal problems that happen because of the transaction. Under no circumstance will Deucerr.com be held accountable for sellers and/or buyers activity.
- Important: Anyone (seller/buyer/guest or otherwise) noticing or suspecting an illegal service presented on Deucerr.com, is hereby asked to contact us immediately and notify us of the service in question.
Disputes
- We encourage our buyers and sellers to resolve any issues between themselves. If for any reason this fails, you can contact us here.
Refunds
- Please note that all sales are final. Deucerr.com will not refund buyers to their PayPal accounts. However, if the seller chooses to cancel the order or does not accept it, the money is refunded and sent as funds to the buyer's Deucerr.com account balance and will be made available for future purchases on Deucerr.com.
- Buyers cannot request a refund after receiving the ordered service unless the service provided is not as promised.
- Refund will not be given for buyers ordering illegal services.
